Born in Palo Alto, California and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, Rachelle Di Stasio began her formal ballet training, at the age of 8, at the School of Nashville Ballet. She continued her training at the Gelsey Kirkland Academy of Classical Ballet (GKA) in NYC from 2011-2013, studying on scholarship at The School of American Ballet, Ellison Ballet, and GKA during the summers. In 2013 she was awarded a full scholarship to attend American ballet Theatre’s Summer Intensive program, and was then offered to study at the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School at ABT, also on full scholarship. She received scholarship to attend Jacob’s Pillow Ballet Program in June 2014, and was a member of the ABT Studio Company for their 2014/15 season. Rachelle joined ABT as an Apprentice in 2015.
