Please download and complete this fitting questionnaire. The more you you can tell us the better we can fit you! You can open and edit the questionnaire with any PDF reader. Don’t forget to save the file when you are done.
Step Two: PHOTOS
Please take four photos of your bare feet that show:
1. The top of the right foot standing flat.
2. The top of the left foot standing flat.
3. The inner profile of the right foot fully pointed.
4. The inner profile of the left foot fully pointed.
Wearing your current pointe shoes, take three more photos that show:
1. The top of both feet standing flat
2. The front of both feet standing parallel en pointe.
3. The inner profile of both feet en pointe.
Step Three: SUBMIT YOUR INFO
