This frees me to focus on the artistry of dance, which is why we’re doing this to begin with! These shoes are great for classical roles when you need a lot of support and stability, and they are surprisingly flexible in contemporary pieces where I need more mobility in my feet. After years in these shoes, I wouldn’t dance in anything else!”
